Private Childbirth Education & Refresher Sessions
Prepare for your best birth with private sessions. Most first-time expectant parents opt for at least one standard session, which usually take 3 to 3.5 hours. The 2 options are:
Birth prep session (stages of labor, natural pain management techniques, strategies to avoid unnecessary intervention and labor positions) ($375, ~3.5 hours)
Breastfeeding & Newborn Care session ($325, ~3 hours)
There is a $25 package discount if purchasing both sessions; $675 for both.
Birth refresher session ($275, ~2.5 hours) - for those who have given birth and taken classes in a prior pregnancy
Newborn care session ($250, ~2.5 hours) - for adoptive parents or others who don't need to cover breastfeeding
Also included with any private coaching is the Birth Matters class "textbook" PDF, supplemental Google Drive reference files, and YouTube playlist. These materials offer immensely valuable reference guides for labor, birth, and early parenting. Lisa can also provide other resources as needed/desired.
